Boiler Room
Dimensions: 2.75m x 2.50m
The Boiler Room is, as you would expect, fairly unremarkable, apart from the fact that it houses the brand new electric boiler that was fitted in September 2010 (see Services for more details), and gives access to the downstairs Toilet and Shower Room.
It is also a handy place to store those awkward things like ironing boards, brushes, mops, buckets and suchlike.
The Toilet and Shower Rooms are separate, and a door leads back to the Utility Room.
